Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you can return the item(s) for a refund (see our Refund Policy below).
  • If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from My Store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or send you the correct item.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
